With this pass, you’ll have separate access to the scoop stations, so you can enjoy your favorite ice cream flavors without the wait. This is an add-on to your Scooped ticket. You must have a Scooped ticket with this add-on. Available on your selected day and ticketed time only. Does not include additional food or drinks once onsite.

Get ready for the Portland-Metro area’s sweetest event of the summer—Scooped Ice Cream Festival is coming to Westside Commons in Hillsboro, OR! Join us on Labor Day Weekend for an unforgettable experience featuring 50+ flavors of all-you-can-eat ice cream. But that’s not all! We’ll have delicious eats, live music, vendors, roller disco dancers and plenty of fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
Ticket prices vary and are cheapest when you buy early. Your ticket gets you access to all the ice cream your heart desires. Get ready to chill in ice cream paradise!
GROUPS OF 25 OR MORE:
Scooped Ice Cream Festival offers discounted admission tickets for groups of 25 or more for groups and/or businesses. To request more information, email info@scoopedicecream.com
Yes! Ice cream samples are included in your Scooped ticket! There are additional food and beverage options for an added fee on the festival grounds.

12:00 pm to 8:00 pm Daily – Tiered arrivals are every two hours and allow you access inside the event and unlimited ice cream until 8:00 pm each day.
Arrival Times Are 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, and 6 pm (For example: if you select the 12 pm arrival time, you CANstay as long as you’d like). Timed arrivals are to keep lines controlled throughout the day.

The only difference between tiers is the price. The earlier you purchase tickets, the more you save! Applicable taxes & fees not included in advertised ticket prices – Terms & Conditions apply – Limited quantity available
Have friends coming with you, but they don’t want ice cream? Anyone entering the event gates must have a ticket, with the exception of children 5 years or younger or those who are being carried.
Parking is up to the discretion of Westside Commons and generally averages from $5-$15 per car.
Children 5 years or younger, or those who are being carried, are permitted inside the grounds free of charge with a ticketed adult. Otherwise, a general admission ticket is required.
Lots! We feature signature and new flavors from a variety of brands, both national and local.
You’re welcome to stay on-site as long as you like! Your all-you-can-eat ice cream adventure begins at your ticketed start time and continues until gates close at 8:00 pm daily. The time you select at checkout is your entry time, and time segments are not limited to only two hours. We incorporate timed arrivals to limit your time waiting in line to get your scoops!
Yes, a selection of food vendors and beverages will be available for purchase.

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• All tickets are ticket price plus applicable fees and taxes.
• Children 5 years or younger or those who are being carried are permitted free of charge with a ticketed adult. Two children max per ticketed adult.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Entertainers, artists, and ice cream brands or flavors are subject to change.
• Some ice cream flavors may sell out or otherwise be unavailable
• Online tickets will be delivered directly to the purchaser via email. All tickets shall be printed or presented on your mobile device at the box office. You must either have a printer or mobile device to redeem your ticket if you purchase online.
• The only valid ticketing provider is Afton Tickets or ScoopedIceCream.com
